Police. They always around London and other places, but mostly London. When I went to London once, there were policemen all over the place as the Tour de France was taking place.
The Police keep us safe, do investigations and find out who the criminals are. A bit like Batman, but without the cape. Or the mask.
In the picture you can see a stolen boat heading towards the land, where there is a police car. There are two police boats chasing him, and a police helicopter is keeping watch and videoing the whole thing for evidence.

The Fire Service is supposed to be rescuing everyone, and saving people's lives. Well, don't blame them if someone in your family gets killed, as they always try their best.
As you can see in the picture below, we have an oil rig on fire, a rescue fire helicopter and two fire boats. The fire started like this: first flames were pumping out, then someone tripped on one of the barrels and all of the barrels fell down and that started the fire. Luckily the fire service were only a minute away.

The hospitals keep us alive, like me and you. As you can see in the picture here, there are two water ambulances and one ambulance helicopter.
