Now on to important information. If you want the rank of general then go on a "space" instant action level, be a marine, take a transport (No one else must be in it) land in the enemy's hanger bay, and start blasting droids (you will usually encounter pilots, they are easy to kill) after 12 kills you will get a Elite award rifle. When you have killed 12 enemys, (you will not instantly get your gun) swap your gun for a blaster pistol, then back to get the award rifle.

Every so often you will get a person with a lightsaber. Below is a video on how to use it effectively.
